[PATCH] renamed: usbmuxd.h -> usbmuxd-proto.h
renamed: libusbmuxd.h -> usbmuxd.h
Use 'install' in Makefile
build libusbmuxd.so (use with '#include <usbmux.h>' and -lusbmuxd
